Parking is gonna be rough, but there is a paid lot around the corner. Customer service was fine and the cashier was nice. I ordered the matcha and vanilla swirl with strawberry syrup. It was a great combo, but the soft serve itself was okay. I don’t mind going back, but the taste/flavor doesn’t meet the hype it receives.

Love the matcha kinako mochi topping!! The second photo is an array of our group’s selection on National Alice Cream Day, our third stop of 3 place on our crawl. We all happened to get something different and we all enjoyed our toppings!

Stopped by this place and glad we did. The soft serve are really flavorful. The swirl with the matcha was also good. Atleast that what my friend said. Worth a try! And the lady was really nice and helpful.

The Japan imported ice cream from Hokkaido was a highly anticipated place I expected to be amazing. I've had it in Seattle which was excellent. Unfortunately it did not match nor meet the expectations. I had the matcha with matcha mochi and powder. the ice cream was very creamy but not as delicious or delightful as the one I had in Seattle. The staff is a nice and the order came out very quickly so at least the line isn't too long or bad. The seating is very casual but can be limited. It's a nice dessert spot to have while in echo park but it's disappointing that the quality wasn't maintained when moving to LA.

This is absolutely the best ice cream I've ever had. You can really taste the milk and the soft serve. The service was amazing. They told us they bring the milk directly from Hokkaido Japan and they use it in a soft serve machine. The soft serve was so flavorful and very milky. Just like how I like it. I absolutely love this place. The prices are amazing too. They have Christmas decorations up.
